I grew up wearing hand-me-downs or even boys' clothes just to make do. We scrimped and saved - I mean, we literally counted coins at dinner and watered down our milk to make it last. High school was tough - kids would tease me about my "lame" Kmart clothes, and I had terrible acne. But fashion wasn't totally lost on me. I made the most of what I had, even with super simple outfits.
In 2019, I saw a gap in the fashion world—stylists weren't highlighting affordable clothes from places like Kmart or Target or teaching us how to style them. It frustrated me that women on a tight budget couldn't look amazing too. So, I decided to make fashion accessible to every woman, regardless of their lifestyle. Having already helped countless women in dressing rooms working in fashion retail and having studied hard, I knew I had a talent for it. I wanted to share this with others.
From 2019 to 2024, my business has experienced significant growth. I've worked with big brands such as Harris Scarfe, Kmart, Big W, Best & Less, Myer, Binge, Kayo Sports and Fox League.
IÂ was the first stylist at Toombul Shopping Centre, bringing fresh styling ideas and making shopping a lot more fun for customers. I also had the incredible opportunity to collaborate on branding shoots with Home and Away actors. One of my most memorable experiences was styling Bindi Irwin. We bonded over being new mums, and I helped refresh her entire wardrobe and look. Seeing her so happy reminded me why I love my job: helping women rediscover themselves.
I've helped over 3000+ everyday women find themselves again through my outfit membership and personal coaching. It still blows my mind that I get to make a difference in women's lives all around the world - from New Zealand to the UK, the US, and France. I've also built a loyal Instagram community of 89,000 followers by consistently delivering value and empowering more women every day.Â
